Recipe and label information

Chicken & Rice identifies this product’s flavour. It does not mean the food contains only those two ingredients. Refer to the bag received for the complete ingredients, nutrient declarations, batch details and best-before date. If your dog has an ingredient sensitivity or needs a prescribed diet, check the full label with your veterinarian before choosing a food.

Feeding and changing food

Use the recommended feeding guide printed on your bag. Daily needs depend on your dog’s body weight, condition and activity; a 20 kg bag is the pack size, not a feeding portion. Keep fresh, clean drinking water available with every meal.

The Chappi transition guide recommends changing from the previous food gradually over 7 days: introduce approximately one-quarter Chappi on days 1–2, half on days 3–4, three-quarters on days 5–6, and Chappi alone on day 7. These proportions describe a food transition, not daily serving quantities.

Storing a 20 kg bag

Check that the bag is properly sealed when you receive it. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong-smelling pesticides or chemicals. After opening, keep the food in an airtight container. Close storage containers securely after each use.
